LICENSE GRANTED TO BUYERS Upon successful payment, the Seller grants the Buyer a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the purchased photograph for both personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to editorial use, marketing materials, product listings, research, AI training datasets, and internal business analysis. This license does NOT include the right to: (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original photograph file itself as a standalone product on any other marketplace or platform; (b) claim authorship of the photograph; (c) use the photograph in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful in the Buyer's jurisdiction. The Seller retains underlying copyright ownership of the photograph. PAYMENTS All payments on the Platform are processed in USDC on the Base blockchain network as direct wallet-to-wallet transfers. LocalPhotoMarket does not hold, custody, or pool Buyer or Seller funds at any point during a transaction. Once confirmed on the blockchain, payments are final and irreversible. A platform commission is automatically deducted at the time of transaction and is non-refundable. REFUNDS & DISPUTES Because payments are irreversible blockchain transactions directly between Buyer and Seller wallets, LocalPhotoMarket cannot process refunds through the payment system itself. Accepting and paying for multiple bids is treated as multiple independent, separately non-refundable purchases. If a Buyer believes a purchased photo was materially misrepresented, the Buyer may submit a dispute report within 7 days of purchase. LOCATION VERIFICATION DISCLAIMER Location badges are informational indicators based on device-reported data and do not constitute a guarantee of accuracy. Buyers are solely responsible for evaluating available information before purchasing. SELLER CONTENT RESPONSIBILITIES Sellers represent that they personally captured each submitted photograph and own the necessary rights to sell it. Sellers are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws where the photo was taken. ELIGIBILITY & PROHIBITED CONDUCT You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Falsifying location data, manipulating timestamps, or operating multiple accounts to manipulate bidding is prohibited. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Platform is provided "as is." LocalPhotoMarket's total liability arising from any transaction shall not exceed the platform commission collected from that specific transaction.
